Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) Support

• Request support for multi-factor authentication (MFA).
By now, you may already be familiar with multi-factor authentication (MFA). It is quickly becoming a standard requirement across the Internet and you’ve probably used it for logging into sites to handle banking, managing utilities, retail shopping, etc. As criminals ramp up their effort to extort people and institutions by stealing data and intellectual property, MFA is a great tool to combat the ongoing battle against cybercrimes. SUNY Oneonta’s MFA focuses on two required factors:

   1. Something you know (your password)
   2. Something you have (a smartphone, office phone, home phone, tablet, hardware token)

Please try to log into https://aka.ms/mfasetup if you need to change this information. If you are unable to access your second authentication method, use the form below to request assistance.
