ServiceNow to Team Dynamix - Ticket Transition

SICAS is going live with Team Dynamix on Tuesday, July 25th, 2023. 

Details

All new tickets will be created in this TDX Client Portal from that date forward. 

Additionally, beginning on July 25th, tickets will begin being migrated from ServiceNow to Team Dynamix (TDX). 

If you have an open ticket that is identified to be migrated, your ticket in ServiceNow will be updated with your new ticket information and any relevant instructions.  Some tickets that are closer to resolution will be resolved in ServiceNow throughout the week. Any active tickets at the end of the day Friday July 28th will be transitioned to TDX over the weekend and no tickets will be serviced in our legacy environment in ServiceNow after Friday, July 28th

Please note that this transition will result in SICAS and ITEC no longer sharing a Service Desk.  After July 25th, tickets that go into the SICAS Team Dynamix environment will be for SICAS work.  Any ITEC work will need to follow ITEC’s instructions for Service Desk support from that date forward.
