Administrative Access Request

  • This form is to request administrative access on your campus-issued computer. Your request will be reviewed to determine that your business case needs require your administrative access, and IT Security believes that access will be the best solution.
  • Include All details specific to why you will need administrative access.
    • Include Serial # of the computer, software title(s), etc.  
  • Granting administrative access to a computer opens up potential vulnerabilities to not only your computer, but also your SUNY Oneonta account, your department share drives, and various other resources that are critical to the operation of the University.
